On November 2nd, 2015, the Municipal Drug Strategy Coordinator's Network of Ontario, alongside almost 80 organizations and professionals in health and medicine wrote a letter to the Ontario Premier and the Minister of Health. The letter urged Premier Wynne and Minister Hoskins to take provincial leadership by establishing an overdose coordinator to expedite recommendations in MDSCNO's 2015 Prescription for Life Report and to develop an overdose plan for Ontario.
